It’s been another rough week for various reasons.  We are all still living in fear of covid19, racial tensions continue to rise, and we are all feeling the stresses of life.

In this episode Greg and I discuss the recent wave of sexual misconduct accusations revealing a deeper-rooted problem in the comics industry. Victims have been sharing their #metoo experiences, outing everyone from big names like Warren Ellis to top executives at Dark Horse Comics.

I believe survivors.  As many of you know I came forward and shared my story a couple of years ago.  This is a subject I do not take lightly.

I appreciate these candid discussions with Greg.  We speak openly and organically.  Remember a podcast conversation is just that, a conversation.  There may be criticisms and strong opinions from listeners, as we do not polish it or hold back.  It is a natural conversation with raw emotion, especially on a subject such as this.  Please listen with an open mind.

We also chat about his new movie out next Friday on Netflix, The Old Guard which will be out next Friday!

If you want to join our book club we will be discussing Madeline Miller’s CIRCE in a future episode.  Please send questions or thoughts by July 15.
