Dan John is one of the premier coaches and resources in the fitness industry. He is a strength coach and mentor to many in the fitness world.
I feel so fortunate that we have been on a journey together exploring the philosophies of The Sword in the Stone. Although this book was written in 1938, the lessons of education, empathy, gratitude, morality, and work ethic are just as important today.
Today we discuss everything from love and kindness to the pitfalls of cutting corners. Regardless if you have read the novel or not, the discussions that Dan and I have are interesting, lively, and enriching.
I urge everyone to listen with an open mind and to let me know your thoughts. (especially if you have read the book) It is an honor to talk with guests like Dan, and I hope to continue to bring these conversations to you. In order to help me do that, please share this podcast with others and rate it on your platform of choice.
