I learned so much speaking with award-winning stage and screen actor Hoon Lee. Hoon is best known for his portrayal of Job on the critically acclaimed tv show Banshee. He also voiced Master Splinter on Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and plays Wang Chao on HBOMax’s Warrior.

We discuss everything from science to comics! I really enjoyed hearing about Hoon’s upbringing in Wayland, MA, and his background in graphic design and tech. He also shares his deep love and respect for the stunt community.

I feel so fortunate to have these fascinating conversations with guests like Hoon. My favor as usual is to please continue to share this podcast with others. It would mean so much if you also rate it and leave me feedback.

  1. Thank you for this podcast, Mimi. I loved it. I’d never tire of Hoon, who is always so genuine and insightful. He’s one artist with whom I hold utmost respect and friendship. Every time I’ve worked with him was a gift, an electric repartee, whether on stage or before camera. So glad I caught Perry’s IG post alerting a tune in. I’m now a sifumimichan fan!
